All fancy lingo and marketing aside - this is ultimately 'Social Media Advice as a Service'. We wanted to turn the traditional model on its head. You pick a package, pay a fixed monthly fee and you get access to expert social media support and guidance until you cancel.
This service was born after training over 150 companies. We found that many didn't want (or need) support in creating the content itself, but rather needed to be guided on how to become better at making it in-house.
No - we don't. We work with companies and teams that already create in-house content and want to sharpen what they’re doing with expert support.
To work with us, you must have the ability to execute content yourself. We just provide expert guidance to improve what you're already doing. You get clear direction, honest feedback and on demand advice, so you can move faster, create with confidence and get better results from every post.
For example, on the Growth plan, you have access to unlimited social media Q&As and video feedback. You will get your own client portal, where you will be able to put in questions, queries, problems, or anything else you're struggling with. This could be a sense check on a script, or asking for help with picking an idea for a video or piece of content.
For video feedback, you send us a draft (or final) copy of a video, and we will provide advice and guidance on editing, filming or the content itself.
For social media Q&As, there is no monthly limit on requests on any plan - there is just a turnaround time with one active request at a time. So if you have 4 requests in the queue, we will work our way through them in order - unless you really need one prioritised.
For video feedback, it is the same process. However, the Core plan has a limit of 2 video requests per month. You could add more, but you'd be better just upgrading to the Growth plan.
No - you do not have to be in Northern Ireland. Our services are fully remote. Social media Q&As, video feedback and check-ins are done online through a dedicated client portal for your business. Strategy calls are done on Google Meet.
